We’re looking for an organised and customer focused Operational Support Officer on six month contract to join our Operational Support team, providing high quality administrative and operational support to our frontline teams.
Reporting to an Operational Support Team Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering efficient, customer centred support services that help our wider teams operate effectively. You’ll work collaboratively across departments, supporting day to day processes and helping to resolve issues early, minimising complaints and improving customer outcomes.
This is a varied role where you’ll manage multiple processes, maintain accurate records and data, and provide timely, reliable support to colleagues and customers. You’ll be expected to use your initiative, manage competing priorities and contribute to continuous improvement in the way services are delivered.
You’ll be based at one of our main offices in Croydon, Hastings or Sittingbourne, with the option for hybrid working where appropriate and agreed with your manager.

About the team
You’ll be part of our Operational Support team, which provides essential support services across the Operations Directorate.
The team works closely with frontline services and internal stakeholders to deliver consistent, high quality support across a range of processes, including customer contact management, tenancy administration, financial transactions and operational workflows. By maintaining strong relationships and a focus on customer outcomes, the team plays a vital role in helping our services run efficiently and effectively.
